Processing & Fulfillment
Once your order is placed, it will be processed and shipped. Please allow 1-3 business days for order processing before shipment (excluding weekends and holidays). Orders placed after 12 PM EST will begin processing on the next business day.
Shipping Options & Delivery Times
We partner with ShipMonk to ensure efficient and reliable shipping. The following shipping options are available through our shipping carriers:

Liela Free – Estimated delivery within 3-7 business days (available on eligible orders, uses Liela Basic rate).

Shipping times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, holidays, or unforeseen circumstances.
Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the selected shipping tier.
Domestic Shipping
We currently ship within the United States. If international shipping becomes available, we will update this policy accordingly.
Order Tracking

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
Liela Jewelry is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages after they have been shipped. If you experience any issues with your delivery, please contact the carrier directly with your tracking number. If you notice any damage upon receipt of your package, please notify us within 7 days of delivery. Address Accuracy & Delivery Issues
Please ensure that your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, additional shipping fees may apply for reshipment.
