Liela Jewelry Return & Refund Policy

1. Returns Guidelines & Eligibility
We have a 14-day return policy starting from the date the shipment was delivered.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To ensure your return is approved, follow the guidelines below:
- The Liela Jewelry Box must be undamaged (we understand that the circular clear seal/sticker may be tampered with).
- The silk paper inside the box should remain intact and undamaged.
- The Thank You postcard inside the box should remain intact and undamaged.
- Jewelry must be placed individually (for earrings) in a ziplock bag and then inside its Liela protective silk pouch, as originally received.
- The Liela pouch containing the jewelry must be placed inside the jewelry box.
- The box must contain all original inserts.
- Please reuse the original bubble mailer or purchase an equivalent bubble mailer to return your product.

Important:
- Every jewelry box must be returned in its original bubble or padded mailer. If unavailable, a comparable protective package (bubble mailer or box) must be purchased at the customer's expense.
- Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

2. Return Approval & Processing
Returns take approximately 7–10 business days (excluding weekends, holidays, and peak seasons) to be processed by our partnering warehouse. After the item(s) has been inspected and your return is accepted, we’ll send you a prepaid return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your package.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
3. Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we may evaluate the issue and make it right.
4. Exchanges
We are not able to offer exchanges at this time. The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
5. Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return to inform you whether the refund has been approved. Refunds will be processed only after we have received and inspected the returned item to ensure it meets our return policy requirements. If approved, the refund will be initiated to your original payment method within 14 days of our notification. Please note that the time it takes for the refund to appear in your account depends on your bank or credit card company, which may take additional time to process and post the refund.
